HOW TO CHANGE OEM INFO IN COMPUTER PROPERTIES

Hey friends, before explaining this trick, let me tell you what is OEM? It stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer. Suppose you buy a laptop, then OEM is the company of which your laptop is. The OS
installed have all the info about that in Computer properties. To check, Right click My Computer> Properties, it comes like this:

Now, we will tell that how to change HCL written in above image to Your desired name. So, follow the walkthrough:

• Download OEM Configurator 2.0 from here.
• Run it, a screen like this appear:

• Now, what you have to do is to enter the information in the upper side and image in down side (.bmp Bitmap picture only).
• Now hit Save OEM Information and you are done.

NOTE: It can do other useful work too. Just check out Extra Options tab.
